Gerald Torgesen, DPM is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon with 25 years of experience, and specialties in the treatment of chronic, non-healing wounds in the foot and lower leg.

Dr. Torgesen is originally from the Houston Texas area. After graduating from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, he attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA where he received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 1998. Dr. Torgesen spent his fourth year of medical school at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center where he began his clinical training. He then went on to complete a two-year surgical residency at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA.

Dr. Torgesen’s residency training had emphasis in diabetic limb salvage, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery and lower extremity trauma. During this time, he also learned the latest techniques in correcting bunion deformities, hammertoes, bone spurs and many other foot deformities and problems. Dr. Torgesen also has expertise in the area of wound care and he has extensive experience working in conjunction with other medical specialties in the treatment of chronic, non-healing wounds in the foot and lower leg.

Dr. Torgesen is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Nevada Podiatric Medical Association. He is affiliated with several hospitals in Nevada, including Boulder City Hospital and Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Rose de Lima Campus - Henderson.

Dr. Torgesen proudly serves the diverse community in Nevada, being fluent in both English and Spanish.

Philip Larsen, DPM is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon with 25 years of experience, and specialties in diabetic foot reconstruction, laser surgical techniques, lateral ankle stabilizations, bunion correction and flatfoot reconstruction.

Dr. Larsen is a graduate of California College of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland, CA., where he earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 1998. He then completed a comprehensive three-year residency at Yale/ VA Connecticut Healthcare System in foot and ankle pathology with a strong medical background. This includes in-patient management, extensive emergency room coverage of lower extremity trauma, as well as extensive foot and ankle surgical training with long term follow-up.

While serving as Yale Chief Resident, Dr. Larsen had the responsibility of teaching medical students, as the program was a California College of Podiatric Medicine and Yale University School of Medicine Clinical Campus. At Yale, he learned the limb salvage team approach, which was a conjoined effort consisting of vascular, orthopedic, podiatric, internist, plastic surgeon and renal specialists. Dr. Larsen specialized in diabetic foot reconstruction treated with random and non-random skin flaps, including rotational, transpositional, pedicle, muscle, and split thickness skin grafts.

Dr. Larsen is skilled in laser surgical techniques, lateral ankle stabilizations, bunion correction and flatfoot reconstruction. He is affiliated with several hospitals in Nevada, including Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Rose de Lima Campus - Henderson, NV and Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospital, San Martin Campus - Las Vegas. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and is a member of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.

Troy McArthur, DPM is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon with over 11 years of experience, and specializes in a full spectrum of foot and ankle disorders including forefoot surgery, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, sports medicine, trauma, and diabetic wound care.

Dr. McArthur earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, OH in 2012. He then completed a Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with an added credential in Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in Manhattan, NY. During this residency, Dr. McArthur served as Chief Resident of the Orthopedic Department, Podiatry Division.

Dr. McArthur is board certified by and a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and is also a fellow of the American College of Podiatric Medicine. He is affiliated with several hospitals in Nevada, including Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospital, Sienna Campus - Henderson, and Henderson Hospital - Henderson.

When not at work, Dr. McArthur enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
